Good day, I have been mistreated by Mr. Price Home. I bought a bed at Mr. Price Home at the Centurion branch, on 06/01/2014, I asked for it to be delivered to Bloemfontein's Mr. Price at the Loch Logan Waterfront mall and for them to deliver it to my apartment on 25/01/2014.It wasn't delivered and since saturday, we've been trying to get to the root of the problem. Each time we phoned head office or any branch, they have been giving me different excuses, such as, no one knew anyting about the delivery-head office didn't tell the bloemfontein branch about the bed, the bed has been delivered to the centurion branch, the bed has been damaged while transporting the bed, and today, the 30/01/2014, they told me that the bed can only be delivered on the 06/02/2014, because they do not have any stock for the bed. This is unacceptable, as I already paid for the bed, the deposit and the delivery fee. The service is totally poor and I am tired of waiting, I don't have any other place to stay and for the past 5 days and I have to sleep on the floor. I'm fed up with the poor service you gave me!!!
