Pathetic Excuse of a store manage

On the 10th of Feb, i have been to the store to return an item of clothing, that was bought as a gift on my account, but due to certain reasons was never given, but due to it being within the 30 day period, & since it was unused and basically untouched since purchase at the gateway store, with the tag still on the garment, & the belt in a sealed plastic also intact, Attached to the garment. therefore making it impossible to have been used. At the counter i am met by Grace, a not very presentable looking person, the store manager who had to "assess" the item.. who states that this dress has been "worn", "damp", "stale", "not in a re sale condition", "perfume", All of which is absolute rubbish because the dress has never been touched since purchase, All said in a Very rude and abrupt tone, People or basic communication skills being non- existent, NOT the quality of a manager. As she just rattled on, not even listening to me. Being an IT specialist by profession & the director of a business, have dealt with many managers, supervisors etc..
