STILL NO DELIVERY

I bought a bouquet and hamper for my girlfriend for her birthday whilst I was away on a business trip. the website advertised that if you order and make payment before 10 the items will be delivered same day in the evening.

They missed my girlfriends birthday. I called almost every hour to make sure of deliver and the customer care consultants kept promising me within the hour I called it would be delivered. Then the driver claims to have arrived at my girlfriends work place after 5. REALLY...! and that the same rhetoric I keep getting about why they couldnt make the delivery on the 1st day. today they promised because it wasnt delivered yesterday they would prioritise delivery today. Parcel still not delivered. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
