No Delivery!

On the 22 December 2013 I purchased a couch from Coricraft in Eastgate. The couch was available at the warehouse in the correct colour and therefore would be delivered on the 27 December. The couch was delivered and three of the legs were bent in. Whilst the delivery men were still there I called the branch and informed them. They instructed me to send the couches back with them and a new couch would be arranged. I would be called the next day so delivery could be arranged for either the 30 or the 31 Dec. Saturday past and I still had not heard from them. I called the store on the Sunday asking to speak to the manager who was unavailable but Micheal dealt with my query. Micheal informed me that nothing had been done about the couch and there was no one he could speak to, he would find out and phone me back.
Once again I heard nothing from the Eastgate branch. I called head office and they informed me that the couch was to be delivered however they realized that there was no scotch guard on as paid for, so the couch was sent back and would be delivered on the coming Saturday. Today is Thursday and I still have heard nothing from Micheal and nothing about the delivery of the couch.
