Failure to deliver order of bed-repeated excuses!!

I ordered & paid for a bed on Tues, 2nd April 13' from Dial-a-Bed Woodmead
I was promised delivery of the bed on Saturday, 6 April.
When Dial-a-Bed did not contact me to arrange delivery of the bed, I called them to find out what was happening on Saturday (promised delivery date).
I was subsequently sent from pillar to post, speaking to various people in the shop and eventually advised to complain to head office.
I was told that the bed could not be delivered due to "Warehouse issues" and that it would be delivered on Monday, 8th April.
I have just received a call saying the bed was damaged and that it would be delivered "sometime this week".
I find this lack of service to be appalling and completely unacceptable for a business the size of Dial-a-Bed.
I paid for my bed and was promised delivery which I am still awaiting. Due to the fact that I was not advised timeously that the bed would not be delivered, I was not able to make alternative arrangement which has left me without a bed to sleep on.

I am going into Dial-a-Bed tomorrow to cancel my bed order as I am not going to accept this kind of lack of service.
NEVER, EVER GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DIAL-A-BED AGAIN
