Dial-A-Bed Breaking policy without informing

Good Day,

I recently went to dial-a-bed to purchase a bed on credit, while filling out the forms for our new bed they asked if we would like delivery and we said yes. On the forms we signed it shows that delivery is paid for (R200 as specified by their website)

Now we get told that they using a private delivery company without our prior knowledge and we must fork out another R300 to some random delivery guy.

I called and complained and got told that if we won't pay we must just wait for Monday for delivery. So basically we must sleep on the couch or something cause we had our old bed removed before delivery. (we had it removed after the call to confirm delivery)

We then get told that we were informed of the situation so on top of being over, we are now being called liars.

How can they have stock on a Saturday and not Friday... How can they demand we pay without confirming the situation before hand and why cash on the day of delivery instead of including it in the price tag if we had already agreed to this???

This is not how a business should be run and this is definitely not how customers should be treated!!
