BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

We bought a couch at Mr Price home, Somerset West. On the 24th January I paid for it and they promised me it will be delivered by Monday 28 January. My wife stayed home that day. They never called us once to keep us updated. We called them twice and every time they tell a different story, actually they to us. When I got home I called them again, at 17H30, and they (Someone called Loyiso) said it will still be deliver d. Monday evening the couch was not there. Tuesday morning I called them again, and I was not happy, and again they promised me that the couch is on its way. Again they were lying to us, because the one guy said it is being loaded on the truck, while the other one said it is still at the store!!! At 15h10 on Tuesday they called to let us know that the delivery vehicle is at our house. We rushed home to get there, and they were GONE! By that time I was fuming. The couch finally was delivered at 19H00. All the guy had to say was: Yo I had lots of deliveries to do" And the name of the delivery company was something like, "lightning fast delivery services"!
I DON'T KNOW IF i WILL EVER BUY SOMETHING FORM MR PRICE HOME AGAIN.!!!
