Poor customer service and repairs

My wife's wedding ring was taken to be joined in December 2013, when we got it back there was a diamond missing, the join was not centred aligned correctly and there was lots of marks on it. We sent it back they promised to repair and it would take 4 days. We went to say to find out what's happening as it's been there for 10 days already, and still not back.
Well asking what's happening the lady turned and ignored us, and only said that we must wait for a call.
