My fiance bought my engagement ring from NWJ- the ring is really beautiful and has diamond clusters. I had my ring for about three months when the first diamond fell out. Still under warranty they sent it in and replaced the diamond. I specifically said they must check the other diamonds as well so that this does not happen again. After a month I got my ring back. Today I had to send my ring back again because another diamond fell out, I have only had my ring back for about a month now and now I had to send it back again. I would receive my ring back in mid September. So by then my 6 months warranty would almost expire. However out of those 6 months I only had my ring for 4. The other two months of that warranty the ring was with who ever NWJ use to do repairs. I am extremely annoyed by this since it is obvious that their workmanship is poor and I fear that if another diamond falls out it would mean that I would have to repair it on my own cost even though they were supposed to check it first time around-which clearly they did not, second time around it was noted once again- I am not very optimistic about the outcome since they have proven they do not care about quality, just money
