My husband bought me a silver ring with a green stone for my birthday on the 2013/11/10 at Galaxy & Co at the Carnival Mall in Brakpan. Although I was very happy about my new present for my birthday, I couldn't wear it right away since we had to re-size it and make it a little bit bigger. We handed the ring in at the same day for re-sizing and the lady Khosi Mazibuko told us it would take about a week and they would inform us to come and collect.
After ten days without any word of Galaxy & Co, I phoned to hear if my ring has returned and can I come to collect., which I did on the 2013/11/20. After 7 days i noticed that one of the small stones have fallen out. I took the ring back and told them that could they replace it. They took the ring for repairs again and I never heard something again. Today I asked my hubby to go and fetch my ring 2013/12/18 & then he phoned me to let me know that they can't fix it??? I mean really??? Poor service & repairs!!! Galaxy!!! Will take my receipts and wants to get my money back!!! Never will i buy at a Galaxy ever again!!!
