We bought a ring from NWJ in Sept last year. it was never worn until March 2013 after my now husband proposed. 3 days after starting to wear the ring one of the stones fell out. I had to walk around with an engagement ring that had missing stones. It was so embarrassing. I then took the ring to NWJ and they sent it away for repairs. I got the ring back on the 28th March, The day of our wedding. Exactly 3 days later I noticed another stone missing. I took the ring back for repairs again 02 April. My problem with this whole situation is that this was supposed to be one of the happiest moments in my life. Instead I had to walk around with a broken ring before the wedding, and now after the wedding I don't even have a ring to show. I cannot believe that NWJ manufactures such bad quality rings. What will the ring look like after 10, 20 even 30 years. I don't think there will be much of the ring left. If I knew this I would have definitely taken my business somewhere else. to date i've not received my ring back. i've sent an email to NWJ HQ on the 03 April, no one bothered to reply.
