Hello Woolworths,

I have contacted Woolworths personal Loans on the 17th of January 2014, requesting for my personal loan limit to be reduced. To my amazement I was advise by a call centre consultant that I must go to my nearest Woolworths branch with a written letter requesting that my credit limit to be decreased. Is that logical? When Woolworths wants to increase my credit limit it can easily be done telephonic, which has a higher risk of you recovering the money from me. Now the opposite is required, the admin work and the run around is a nightmare. Get your act together Woolworths cause many other customers and myself will NOT tolerate the run around. It is quiet simple, call me and reduce my credit limit as I WILL NOT Be visiting your store unless you are going to pay me petrol money and an hourly rate of my work time.
