After a previous bad experience with @home's delivery service, I stopped buying there for a while and instead collected my items from Fourways. Now that Wilma from Roodepoort is at Fourways, that is no longer possible. I purchased a TV cabinet from Strubensvalley. The delivery company phoned my boyfriend instead of me. He told them to phone me to organize delivery, which @home did not do. He does not live with me and cannot give access to the premises. The delivery truck is now standing outside my complex (16:17) and I had no idea they were coming. This is typical of @home. I am not simply going to rush home because you cannot do a simple delivery. This is exactly why I avoid buying furniture items from you in the first place. The problem is not your products, the problem is your supply chain (which frankly is useless) and store managers, like Wilma, who do not allow stock to be delivered to the store so that your clients can collect it - instead of suffering your pathetic delivery procedures.
