Never Agian

Bought furniture from Furniture City Woodlands and I was told to phone the sales person within 2 weeks of delivery to confirm.
Firstly every time I had phoned she was not available and when I left messages no one got back to me.
Then they phoned me back saying my furniture would be delivered that same day were I do not know where they got that info as I haven't even moved in at the place of delivery yet.
After the third day I demanded to speak to the manager and he apologized and told me my delivery is confirmed and will be delivered on the date I specified.
Then there delivering company (Elliriens) contacted me a week before delivery and confirmed the date were I told them that the Delivery Guys must have their ID's present and the truck mustn't be bigger than a 2ton.
They told me that it wasn't a problem.
I phoned them numerous times after that to confirm the above
The day of delivery the guys came without ID's and a large 10ton truck.
I had to carry all my furniture to my home all by myself and what's worse they came at about 5pm.
I had to assemble all the furniture myself and with that there were parts missing for my TV table.
The service was unacceptable
