POOR SERVICE AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE!

Bought a lounge suit from the store. Was told there are no stock and will be available in 3 weeks.i paid for the item and waited patiently.after a few weeks i received an sms saying that it was ready at the store.i contacted the store (on cell phone) to make arrangements for delivery.i was on hold for over 10mins.i got into the car to make my way to the store.3/4 way there, i get a call from them.i explained i needed the items delivered and i was a few minutes away.he then told me not to come into the store, and i can pay for delivery once they deliver at 4pm the next day.i took off from work to make sure someone is home at the time of delivery.6pm the next day and my items were not at home.i contacted the same person at the store and was told he never had a conversation with me and that i needed to come into the store to arrange delivery..i even spoke to the acting manager at the time who also refused to assist me and did not listen to a word i was saying. HE EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NUMBER FOR HEAD OFFICE!!i contacted the head. office (complaints dept) were i still await a response. All in all, I still dont have my lounge suit and I have no answers or apologies!!!
