2 weeks, no delivery, and no feedback / updates

I purchased 8 chairs from @Home LivingSpace (Willowbridge) on 13 Dec 2013. At the time they were out of stock so the chairs were ordered and was ready to be collected at the Parow warehouse on 31 Dec 2013 (this is what I was told anyway). The purchase experience in the store was pleasant, I can't complain about that.

I ran into some problems with a pickup vehicle, so decided to rather request a delivery from @Home and on 2 Jan 2014 I paid the fee and sent the proof of payment to Yuan & Zachary. The delivery was to happen shortly afterwards (the money just had to be cleared first - although we both bank with FNB).

It is now 2 weeks later, I have sent a number of emails and once managed to get hold of Yuan on the phone, but I still have no indication whatsoever on when the chairs will be delivered. During the phone call I was told that I will be phoned back shortly...

I purchased a table from Coricraft over the weekend and requested delivery - 3 days later and the table is delivered from their warehouse to my home. Their pleasant in-store experience extended to after-sales support as well; unfortunately the same cannot be said for @Home.
