Horrible 'service' from @Home

We bought furniture over the weekend on the agreement that it would be delivered the next friday. When my husband checked up on the delivery time during the week they said that it would only be delivered the week after -and we would not be home. They then agreed that they would deliver it the Thursday between 3pm and 4pm. Thursday morning I checked up on it and the first consultant said that they don't do deliveries. After putting me through to someone else it was said that the first guy had it wrong. That afternoon we waited but no-one arrived. After phoning them they said that they had no idea where the delivery van was and that was it. My husband told them to find out and let him know asap... they never phoned back. This is Friday now and we are still wondering what is going on. The consultants are useless it seems and the delivery service unreliable!
