Piece of white rubber found in cup a soup

We are all on a soup diet at work and have obviously supported Knorr cup-a-soup daily. While my colleage was busy drinking his cup of soup he suddenly bit on what he thought was a piece of potato. To his dismay and surpise he realised that it was not a potato but a piece of white rubber that was inside the packet of soup.

We are so disheartened and disappointed.

Please be alert and make sure you check you Cup-a-soup packets before making it.

We have kept the box with the packet and piece of white plastic.
