I purchased a fridge on the 1st of April and requested it to be delivered. Someone has to be home when the delivery takes place and the consultant in store didn't inform me that delivery can take place after work hours. So my only option was to have it delivered the following Saturday. I specifically requested that the delivery must take place in the morning. I waited all day and only left my home after 3 in the afternoon. On the delivery form it states that if delivery will take place after hours the client will be contacted, but i only received a call from the driver at half past 4 when I was no longer home. He said he will arrange for the delivery to take place the next day as early as possible. This Sunday I waited all day again. I had to phone the store to enquire about my fridge. I spoke to the manager Gary. He apologised and promised the delivery will take place between 5 and 6 the next afternoon. The drivers only arrived at about 8 yesterday evening. I noted that the bottom freezer drawer doesn't close properly and the delivery guys didn't even know what the procedures are if the product isn't in perfect condition. They also refused to remove the foamalite and packaging from my home.
