OVER 3 MONTH WAIT FOR PAID FURNITURE

I ordered 3 items of furniture at @Home on 7 Nov 2012.i was informed that the goods would be delivered on 18 Dec2012.
On 20 Dec 2012 two of the three items were delivered.there was no explanation as to where the third item was.one of the items was damaged and had to be returned.i was advised by the delivery people that @home would contact me to confirm delivery of the balance of the items.
i was only contacted on 27 dec 2012 to inform me that one of the items was now on back order. there was no record of the damaged item being outstanding. i was informed that @home would call me again regarding that item. i was then contacted and informed that the two outstanding units would be delivered in the last week of Jan 2013.
no one bothered to contact me in Jan 2013. i then contacted the store who told me that the items were STILL on backorder and that they would be arriving at the end of Feb 2013.
they assured me that management would contact me in order to sort this out.
i have not heard anything further from @home despite the fact that i paid for all three items in full in advance&more than 3 months have passed without my furniture.i have sold my old furniture&now have nothing!
