POOR SERVICE

Went to CNA today and experienced the WORST customer service I ever had in any shop!! Although it is the BACK TO SCHOOL time and you would expect good efficient service and management on duty there was none!! We stood an hour before we came to the till and to my amazement there was only ONE cashier and NO CARD FACILITIES!!! Nobody came to speak to the customers to tell us that they have a problem when asked where the manager was she did not even answer the customers!! Emily Matlala 2197671 was the cashier that we were using!! She treated me like dirt my purchase were more than R600 and you would expect her to know that if there is no customers there will be no job for her!! With this type of service and no Management this shop doesn't belong in The Kolonade Centre!! In all the shops we were treated courteously and with a smile except the CNA!!!
