Manager rude

I was standing in the line wanting to purchase a few items. The line was very long and only 1 person was helping at the cashier point. While we standing in the line, the manager had an argument with the cashier and left us waiting for about 5 minutes. I got so frustrated and asked to speak to the manager and his reply was (this is not my shop I must go and speak to Jet head office. I took all tge stuff I wanted to purchase and just left it on the counter. Jet Kolonade has patetic service and needs a new manager with people skills and who knows how to control his staff. Very upset with Jet Kolonade.
