When Ordering Popcorn etc. for the movie that we had booked the teller experienced a technical glitch with the system, my Credit Card stated that the funds had been approved and the SMS confirmed it when I later checked my phone at home. Automatically she got defensive and abrasive. The tellers name was Nyanya Modise. I asked her to try again which was a repeat of the first event.By this time I had been billed twice.
I then requested her Manager which she very begrudgingly did. Johannes who was the "manager" on duty made me pay with cash and then said that I could follow up with him after the movie as he was going to contact the billing section.By the time the movie was completed he had done nothing and asked me to go home and check my account. I do not drive up and down for disorganised and rude companies. I have as such been triple charged. Worst of all was the incompetence of management and the behaviour of the cashier who treated paying customers like rubbish.
