Cashiers Could be trained and monitored better

I am a regular customer at our local Pick and Pay, in Helikonpark. I was standing in a queue at a Cashier and there was a problem with a customers card. I then asked the cashier if there was a problem and all she said was that she's busy with a customer. I got that but if there was a problem with the card machine, I would have known to go and draw cash instead of not getting help 'cause the card machine was not working, if she just had told me when I asked. I then proceeded to the next till, where I was greeted in a mummbled way. After I unpacked all my groceries and asked the packer to fetch me smokes, the Cashier then started ringing up my purchases, without asking me for my Smart Shopper Card or if I would like a bag... I then said Yes I would like bags, and yes I do have a Smart shopper card 'since you have asked. What me of was her then proceeding to still ignore me, she rang up the rest of my shopping and never once spoken one word with me. Not the first time that I got bad service from this Pick and Pay, also management was standing around, ignoring everything as usual. I use this shop on a daily basis. The packers know me by name, so does the car watch.
