Pathetic service from a so called manager!!

I am greatly disappointed and to be honest have never been treated so badly in my life! We arrived at the shop to exchange shoes. The so called manager did not even listen to what I had to ask / say. He then started shouting at me, he will not assist. After being fed up with the terrible service I received, I asked him to either give me his name or the name and contact details of someone hire than him. He point blank refused to give me his name, what type of a manager will not provide his name? I then asked the cashier /lady to supply me with his name, she also refused.. He then also treated Mrs van Zyl (my friend) in the same manner when she tried to sort this out. They way your management speak to customers should defiantly be addressed - never the less he still hasn't manage to assist me or even tried.

Totally disappointed and will most defiantly spread the word!!!
