Bought a brand new fossil watch on the 24 th of december (Christmas present) only to open it and guess what it does not work! So take it back and they tell me they have to send it away and it will take 4 to 6 weeks maybe before I get it back! It is brand new did not even wear it! Further moe I take it to another shop just to get snarky remarks and the lady that helped me started swearing at me, the shop manager was so rude! Totally disgusted in my life I will never ever buy anything from them again! Wait the best is still to come I still had to pay in R200 for the same watch no difference! I am really shocked at the service I got and the way the staff treat you! I also bought a chain from them witch is also broken took it back last week and guess what it was sent away, promised I will have it back within 2 weeks, we'll not because it takes 6 weeks apparently! American Swiss and will definitely never see me again, customer service obviously does not exist and their staff really needs proper training! Terrible!!
