Customers should be treated with respect

Cashier refused to change an order. I asked to see a Manager & a supervisor was called both of them speak in zulu she does something on the till & the cashier puts out her hand & asks for the difference that I have to pay. No communication from the supervisor although I asked to see the Manger & both ladies speak to another guy & have a laugh at my expense. I did phone the customer service line & speak to Natasha and no surprise no one from kfc called which further shows their lack of respect to customers. I have an 8 year old that has to havr kfc atleat once a week but after that incident I refused to go to Kfc. Hope the staff can be trained on treating their customers with a little bit of respect.
