Ninos
Waiting 15 minutes to be ackowledged for service

I am a customer experienced advisor, I know good service I give good service and I know bad service! My usual favourite coffee shop is under renovations, so I popped into Ninos for my caffeine fix, I used come to ninos often but due to a lack of good and proper service and poor management, I found an alternative spot. I walked in to the shop, was not acknowledged or offered a seat, I had to find one myself and even worst, the waitress walked past me and smiled but went straight to help another customer even though she knew I was waiting. The manager/owner doesn't greet or acknowledge customers. I'm really bad, I provide over 50 customers with good service everyday, I am disappointed and disgusted, what pathetic service. I will never go to another ninos again!!!
