On Saturday the 22 Dec 13, I went to Jet Phoenix Plaza, to change my card to a Thank U card. After waiting in line for 20 min, I was attended by 1 of the staff Who then told me that I have to wait for a manager to come in to assist me in changing my card to the Thank U card. After telling her that I could not wait till 11am for a manager, she then assisted me. She called the customer service dept to block my current card so that she could issue me with a Thank U card, which failed as apparently they did not block the card properly. Then she called them again and apparently everything was done and she made me sign the back of a new card and she said that I could start using the card.
On Sunday 23/12/13 when I went to Edgars Gateway, I had a problem using the card, I went up to enquiries they said that I was issued with the WRONG card which didn't link to my account. I then went to Jet Gateway next door, after about 20 min of the staff member who was assisting me, she told me that she was offline & COULD not assist but had time to chit chat with other staff & that I was to go back to Jet Phoenix. I have lost out on using my double Thank U points coz of incompetent staff @ JET. UNACCEPTABLE!!
