Poor service and bad attitude

I will like you to note my dissatisfaction with the appalling level of service received during 21st of September 2013, which started at the Jet store at the Phoenix plaza where I initially tried to make a purchase. I had mislaid my Edgar's card and tried to make a purchase using my identity document. I was told by the cashier at 16:35 that they do not allow purchases with the identity document. This came to me as a surprise as I have used my identity document to purchase at numerous other stores. My greater disappointment was the way the cashier responded as she knew I wanted to make a purchase and never offered me a solution but rather said to me she will call the manager. So the manager said there isn't anything that can be done to assist me I will need to go to the Edgar's store to replace my card. So I said asked what time do they close she said at 5 pm, to my surprise that was the incorrect time she quoted as the store closes at 6pm. I went to Edgar's active in Phoenix plaza and then @ 16:45 where I engaged Lucien one of the store staff to assist me replace my card, he then made a call to the call centre to have them assist in doing block on old card.
