Lost points on 2 Cash Cards

I've had 3 cards in a span of 2 months because when I signed up for a Cash Card I was told that the thousands of rands I had spent on this card had not been registered under my name and yet I was being told that my Cash Card was accumulating points. I then requested the store follow up, but anybody who knows Edgars will know that this store consists of a few dishonest staff (I was once asked for money for a taxi by a staff whilst trying on new gear, and 2 security guards offered to help me - I said no thank you and never went back for months, and staff on the 3rd floor are constantly shopping for themselves and don't help customers).
Anyway, I was given a new card and told that the points on my first card would be transferred to a new card, which never happened because Head Office said I should ask the store to call them and the store said they cannot do this as Head Office must call them, and so forth... I even bought R600 perfume and the points never appeared ever. I got a 3rd card and now have to start from scratch and still nobody knows what to do with me - just start again they keep saying!
