I would like to complain about the services provided by the Wild Card Customer Services. Last year I arrived at Kruger and was informed that I could not renew my Wild Card but had to fill out the forms again because I had to get a new card. I was really so happy at having to complete the forms once more rather than looking at the animals. Upon return to JHB, I followed the instructions given to obtain a new card. For the last 8 months I've been told that the card is on its way by the staff including a supervisor. Today I have been informed that I will not get a card because it had been a mistake. Upon complaining, I was contacted by the manager who informed me that they had to INVESTIGATE whether I should receive the promised new card because of the cost of sending the card to me. It appears that all staff members for the last 8 months were wrong. If a supervisor does know how the system works, how can the rest of the staff know the processes. I think this service provided was unacceptable. The staff are incompetent and I still have no idea when or if I will receive a card. Very very angry! I might add that my friend who had to go through the same process, received the card within
