Supervisor with no customer service

We went to one of your Pep stores in Mthatha Plaza which is in the Eastern Cape. We had parcels with us and we were shown a place where to leave our bags. As we were doing our shopping we realized the card is missing. We called one of the staff members to report the card. When the supervisor came we told her we can not find the card and the staff even helped us look. She asked the same staff that helped us search to look for the card. We explained that the reason she is called to come in its because we have done that already so we want to know the next step. We showed her our till slip to show that the parcel is ours, she didn't even bother to check telling us that without the card we can not get our parcel. We told her we cant be waiting we still driving all the way to East London. She said we can live and come back when she finds the card. We told her our parcel will defrost and she made it clear that's not her problem. all this for a card that could be replaced. Are these the kind of people that PEP stores has looking after their customers? If so, they have a long way to go. I want to know what was done about this. Our email [Email Removed]
