Can staff be this imcompetent?

Firstly I would like to complain about the total inefficiency of the staff at the Potchefstroom branch. After applying for an account, the account was granted to my fiance. We then had to go and collect a temporary card in store. Trying to purchase on the card for the first time resulted in a 15minute wait as NOBODY, not even the maanger had a clue as to what she was doing. This basically happened EVERY time we shopped. We were told 2 weeks and the card will be in store. After the first 30 days, the temporary card expired, and still no card. This meant AGAIN going in store and getting a new temporary card. Finally after 2 months we get the actual card, only to find out that when we wanted to use it, again the manager had to be called. She comes and does her thing and says "oh the card is blocked". Now my question is, WHY ON GREEN EARTH WOULD THE CARD BE BLOCKED? Woolworths is the MOST incompetent store as far as I am now concerned. Every time we shop we are treated like criminals. Account is up to date and all payments that were necessary have been made. But seeing as we apparently dont actually have an account, we just wont be paying any installments either.
