Bad Attitude from Bank Manage

My Bank card Was duplicated on 8/5/2013. I Cancelled my bank card and my cellphone banking the same day. And went in to Cape Gate Fnb. The Staff Member that help me with all my details and to apply for a new card did a great job and told me my card will be ready on Saturday morning. When I went on Saturday morning waiting in the the line at collections a staff member Karen Bester (Bank Manager) Came to me and ask if she can help me. I said i was here to collect my card. I gave here my passport and with snotty attitude back she ask me where and what and why I don't have my Id. I told here it was lost. then she went to look for my card. She came back and ask me when did I apply for the card. I told here Wednesday and the staff member who help me with it said it will be here Saturday morning. With a bank full of people and with a aggressive voice from here she said bud that is impossible and he would have never said something like that. So sort and sweat she said i was Lying to here. And everybody in the bank could heard here this was very embarrassing for me and my girl friend. Its very bad customer service to handle your self like that in front of clients. I was very embarrassed.
