When the smart cards begin about 4 years ago my wife took out 2 cards. One for her self and 1 for me. My wife bought some stuff at the Pick & Pay and then they told her that her card is block. The card she had is not her card and she must get her a new one. On the old card was about 29000 points and so she got a new card and they did not transfer the points to her card. I was there on Friday 15/11/2013 and they told me that they would come back to me in connection with the points. They did not come back. The second card is now also block and they register the new card. They want to transfer the second card`s point to the new card and the other points on the old card they don't want to transfer. My wife struggle about 2 weeks now to get some answers. Nobody is coming back to us. The manager of that Pick & Pay is useless because he did not come back at any time and asked if we are satisfied. I think this is because they don't put the points back onto the card for stuff that we bought over the years.
