On the 18/12/13 I placed an Online order, Garusha, the consultant called &advised that the order went through on my MRP account, which I did not want. She advised me to replace the order as cash&Cancel the previous order. I called back after performing the new transaction to advised that the old order has not been cancelled. Kourtney said that I should go online later that evening&cancel the order and the status would have changed by then. I called again on the 19/12/13 as I was still unable to cancel the order. Garusha than advised that she called the shipping department&they will rectify the error. I called again on the 23/12/13, Kourtney said that she emailed the I.T department&they will than change the status&send me a voucher to pay my account&that she would call me, 24/12/13 I once again called back as I've done every single day, Maria answered and by saying that I requested to speak to Kourtney &just cold transferred the call, Kourtney placed me on hold several times. All I want is my credit back on my account and better service. Kourtney has been giving me the run around and that makes me really upset.
