Spoiled birthday for 6 year old lebone

Order 2600240, I placed this order on the 8th January 2013, and expected delivery in the stipulated 10 days. This was a birthday present for my son Lebone. I have been taken from pillar to post by staff member at the call centre and have so far logged calls 8 to 10 times.

called on Friday the 25 January 2013 and was advised that Esther would call me back as I needed to know whether to still have hope that the gift would be delivered. On Saturday the 26th I called again and was told to call the courier company on 0125485056, The gentleman advised he could not track the order on his system and said I should the CNA online team for another tracking number. I subsequently did that and was given another number 0210017188.there was no reply at the Cape town Office.

This morning I called the Online team again, and was given the usual run around. I called again and spoke to a lady Tiisetso and requested her to cancel the order. She advised me that the order has been cancelled. I requested that she send me written confirmation of the cancellation and she sounded dismissive.

Kindly note that I am appalled with the service level of your online team.
