September when I called AGAIN after problems with August dr order was told that dr order on a cr card can only run on the last working day of the month, they run at midnight my funds only clear at 07:00. I advised I would cancel dr order and pay via EFT and was told I would be charged a fee even though I wasn't paying with cash but with EFT. I asked them to leave it and I would call back another time to provide alternative arrangement. End of September dr orders didn't run, when I received the SMS to advise account overdue called in, spoke to Niri in credit control, she advised dr orders had been cancelled (whose authority no one knows) I gave alternative bank details for dr order to run the following day and she said she would call back in any problems. 7 Oct one of the phones gets turned off, call in and it turns out the banking details on the that account were captured incorrectly, phone gets put on & dr order to run next day; Tues gets turned off again, and Thurs if memory serves correctly gets turned off twice; speak to Colin Appolis (manager) wants to fob my complaint off to a staff member as he is in training, send him bank letter and POP and Phone off again last night
