No delivery since 3 weeks of orde

Home choice called me, and they asked if there is anything I would love to order, so I oderd TV stand, 3 weeks ago, I told the lady that I will need it before 15 of. December, but now it 24Th of december, home choice is just having a bad service, now I want to leave on the 27th who's going to take my order in the house? And again its going to be a problem when they have to return it back, I'm so so disaponted because they offerd me, now they are taking their time, I should have took it somewhere else if I knew
