False Advertising

I saw a PSP3 Fifa 13 Bundle (R3799.90) website, so i went to Carlton centre to go and purchase it and I was told that there is no stock. i then called the call centre where I was RUDELY HELPED by Patrick. I asked which store has stock of the PSP3 that is advertised he told me that there is no stock anywhere. i asked him why have they still advertised it yet there is no stock, he blamed the IT department and told me that there is nothing he can do about it, and told him that I wanted the product thats on special for R3799.90. I held on for 30 minutes while he when to find a manager, eventually thats when i hung up. This is really poor service levels and the true meaning of FALSE ADVERTISING. SHOCKING
