Really poor service delivery all round

I placed an online order on 03 Feb 2013. I received my email confirmation shortly after stating I would receive my goodies within 2 to 10 working days. A week later my order status was still at "New Order" stage - no change, so I decided to cancel the order. I submitted several cancellation requests and to date have not been contacted by anyone? I subsequently made a call to the call centre where I was advised that my order would be cancelled & that my Edcon account would be credited in about 48 hours & that I would be contacted if there were any problems. Well, it is almost a week later, the order status has not changed, my account has not been credited & I have received NO calls from CNA? It has been 17 days since I placed the order and I am VERY disappointed with the service. I can honestly say that I will NEVER use the online service again!
