I Have placed an order with home Choice which I have cancelled the following day. The lady informed me that the order has been dispatched and they cannot cancel it. She suggested that I wait for the it to arrive where I must NOT sign and just send it back. Days later the courier came & I have done what the lady informed me to do. They then went back & a couple of days later another man called me & said that the order is with them. I again informed him to cancel the order. After another week later a lady called & said that she apologises for the delay of my order whereas I told her that there was no delay & that I have cancelled & sent back the order. Yesterday a man called and said that my order is on its way when AGAIN I informed him that the order was cancelled. When I got home yesterday afternoon I found a homechoice statement informing me that I must start paying for my order. How many times must I cancel an order? I called them this morning & spoke to another lady who informed me she will cancel my order & return the goods to their store. I asked for written confirmation & she said she does not have access to email or fax and call me when it
