I called the call centre on the 6th Dec and after finding out that the order is not what I wanted. I requested Maria to cancel the order (this was the 6th Dec 2013 at 15h53) she advised me that the order has been cancelled and I will be reunded (she didnt request my banking details) I than called again on Monday and spoke to Emileen who advised me that my cancellation was put through and a refund takes 48hrs to process and I than sent her an email with my banking details. I called AGAIN on the 11th at 10h30 and spoke to Maria who assurred me that my order has been cancelled and she has requested for my refund. I call in again on the 17th Dec at 8h13 and I have been on the line since 8h13- 8h46 and the clock is still ticking. I requested to be put through to management however management is far too busy to assist me or take my call I must leave a message. I cannot understand such incompetency from a service enviroment. I am disgusted at the level service I am receiving. Note as I type I am still holding to speak to this VERY BUSY MANAGER since 8h13.SUCH REPELLING SERVICE FROM SUCH A GOOD BRAND, DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. maybe look at Woolworths and learn from their online dept.
