Bad attitude aand incompatible staff, unnecessary billing

On the 12 October 2013 I bought boots at Jet in Margate, at first they didn't know the price and took Another boot And charged me on a price of another shoe! When I made enquieries from Jet in Portshepstone they told me that its not allowed to charge me on a price of something else and that All boots are marked down then I went back to Margate and spoke to the manager and he was rude, I didn't get answers at all! I also contacted Jet head office on their Facebook page and they said they will respond till this day no one called me, such ignorance from such a big store! The service is pathetic. You'll never see me there ever again.
