Pathetic quality of shoes for the price paid!

Purchased a pair of soft boots those snow boot types in grey as i had just had an operation on my foot in march 2013 and found these to be so comfy at the time suffice to say that obviously i had not been able to walk due to the operation so i am disappointed in the fact that the sole of the shoe has completely come apart from the rest of the boot, and for the price i find this pathetic and its not even the foot i had had the op on as the op was on the right foot its the left shoe that this happened to so its not even due to wear.

Completely annoyed at the inferior quality of the shoes, and to say the least i paid alot for them.
