Horrible Quality

We were in the mall on saturday, and I saw these perfect boots for my kids. I bought a pair for my 2 year old son, and when we got to the till, the price scanned wrong, we waited ages for the manager, to change the price, when he eventually got there he was on his cell phone on a personal call, and was VERY rude to the cashier, and did not even acknowledge us. I went to go fetch my 4 year old daughter and bought a pink pair for her... When we got home, so put her boots on and it was 2 hours later that she came to show us the tips of the boots, above the toes, the colour came off.
My son wore his today, and his is doing the exact same thing?!?!
Yes, they are kids, crawling and being busy, BUT I do expect shoes to last MORE THAN ONE DAY?!?!
What quality!!!
