Nine West
R1999 boot torn within 2months

I bought a pair of leather boots from Ninewest, they boot got torn at the heel within 2months. My attempt to get the boots repaired or a refund unsuccessful. My heartbbreaks each time I look at my R2000 worth boots. I laid a complaint with nine west I was told it is my fault, I tore the boot. No nine west should sell their cheap shoes at the appropriate price, the quality is not worth wat they demand
