Quality of boots shocking

I bought a pair of boots at Its Gotta go in the CBD on the 10th May, less than a month after the purchase the boots starting breaking. I took it back to the store early July and was told they werent willing to replace the boots because I bought it in May already, but they will send it back to the factory to fix it. When i collected it i was quickly told that I cant bring it back again despite the fact that there was glue all over and dye speading onto the material of the boot. The boots are breaking once again and its not long after they "had it fixed". R250 later and I have broken boots in the heart of winter and a store who refuses to take ownership. I will definitely think twice about buying shoes there again. If I had know the CPA with regards to this then, i would have certainly handled it differently.
