Pathetic quality of boots

I bought a pair of boots on the 1st of March 2013. All seem well with the purchase I was very happy about my boots. But now my boots start tearing apart and I am not very happy about this. I paid R849.00 cash for my boots. The heel is coming loose and I won't be able to wear it another day or even ever again. Can u please tell me what the procedure about claiming back or get replaced is?

The one day I pulled my boot then suddenly it Tore, I left it because it didn''t look bad but now I felt like I can't walk and when I looked down I saw that my boot is loose at the heel. Please I paid a lot of money for this boots I could gone an bought a pair somewhere else, I but really liked this pair of boots and really think that ZANDO products have a high standard.

Please help me resolve this. My boots is not even 3 months old and already broken. I normally buy expressive shoes and never before did I have to take them back within 3 months or ever. I would like you to respond to me as soon as possible.
